We entrusted Guardian Pet Cremation Services with our beloved dog Ivan’s cremation. We are so grateful we did. When the team picked him up from our home, they showed the utmost respect to me, my spouse, and Ivan. They were patient and didn’t rush us. We were able to say one last goodbye without judgement.We received our boy back after only 2 days and each item was packaged with care. We picked an urn for his ashes with an engraving. The urn was beautiful and the engraving was exactly what we wanted. We also got some keepsakes, paw prints and a heart necklace with some of his fur. Each keepsake was flawless and we actually received 3 ink paw prints instead of 1. We were only expecting 1 but were overjoyed to receive 3 (he had 1 bad paw that couldn’t have an ink print done). There was even a condolence card included which was a small gesture but so sweet.This has been a heart wrenching situation but to have our best friend back to us so quickly with the amazing keepsakes brought us to tears. Thank you so much to the fabulous team at Guardian Pet Cremation Services. Thank you for the compassion and the care provided to our beloved Ivan on his final journey ❤️

From the mother/wife who communicated with us to the husband/father who met me at site to discuss and share the process to the son who will present our priceless old girls remains we are humbled by the empathy displayed. This review is quite late, but a few months ago when our cat Benny suddenly passed I called first thing in the morning and we were able to be there just a few hours later. She made the process 100x easier, definitely one of the kindest souls I have met. I would recommend Guardian Pet Cremation to anyone who has lost a loved furry family member.

I cannot thank Tracey and her staff nearly enough for their kindness and compassion with the loss of our beloved family pet over the holidays. She communicated with me in the days leading up to our cat's passing and she booked us in within hours of him crossing the rainbow bridge on Christmas eve. While it was very hard to leave Lou behind, we were confident he was in caring hands. We were able to pick up his ashes on Boxing day, and they were given in a wonderful package with a scatter box, a name keychain, all 4 of his ink footprints (when I ordered the pawprink I didn't realize it would be all 4 so this was so touching and sweet), and a caring card with his cremation certificate. The wonderful staff at Guardian Pet Cremation Services worked on Christmas day according to his certificate, and we couldn't be more touched and blessed to have found such a wonderful company during one of the hardest moments in our family's life so far.We have already recommended them to several of our friends with older/ill pets.I will forever be grateful to you all. Words can not say enough to thank you for what you did for us. You are guardian angels during a tough time.

I've told many people about Guardian since needing to use their services about a month ago. Our large breed dog whom was a special member of our family had lost all quality of life and guardian was there to offer a dignified and compassionate at-home passing that was much less stressful to the alternative.The cost of their services was reasonable and the service they provide was priceless.While no one wants to be in the position to lose a fuzzy family member, Guardian will be my first call when the next time comes. We found out that our 9 1/2 year old fur buddy and family member had an advanced and aggressive form of cancer and that the only option was euthanasia, we were encouraged to not wait too long as it could become urgent and painful if he started to bleed internally. It was such a heart breaking time for our family as our children all had grown up(more or less) with him. Guardian made the whole process smooth. From the moment I reached out to have a vet come and do the procedure in our home to when I picked up our boy and brought him home for the last time they were so compassionate and empathic. They handled everything and was updating me with times and dates. It made it so we could all be together and spend time with him and not worry about details. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you!
