I highly recommend Precious Pet Cemetery. Michelle and Stephen are amazing, kind and lovely compassionate people. On New Year's Eve I had to put my beloved 11 year old cat General down. I contacted Michelle and Stephen and drove there alone. Due to Covid, followed the caution guidelines. Michelle and Stephen, words can not express my gratitude to you both for all you did. Your kindness, compassion and caring was comforting to me. I'm so glad for you both and what you do. I also got a matching Urn and Plaque for my beloved dog Riley's ashes as I couldn't find one for him for the longest time. ❤

Stephen and Michelle are amazing people. They went above and beyond with everything. They helped our hearts be at peace with the passing of our beloved dog. We cannot thank them enough for their empathy and compassion. Thanks to Precious Pet Cemetery, we now have Abel back with us and our hearts can begin to heal.

Wonderful people:)! My cat friend, Storm, came out of a ruined forest the day after hurricane Fiona ravaged our beautiful province, hence his name. According to his autopsy he passed as a result of massive heart failure. I only knew him for 7 months. He was a blessing to behold and I am grateful for having known him. A once in a lifetime feline friend…Storm is greatly missed. Thank you Michelle and Stephen for beautifully managing Storm’s remains and thus providing a fitting end of the life cycle.

It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to our beloved Muffin. I contacted Michelle, drove there directly from the animal hospital and within 24 hrs was able to bring Muffy's ashes home. Not only are Michelle & Stephen animal lovers, genuinely kind & compassionate people, they are located in what I can only describe as a touch of Heaven that brought a sense of peace during a very difficult time.Michelle & Stephen, words cannot express our gratitude. Your kindness, compassion and caring were comfort to us & for that we will forever be grateful.

I highly recommend these lovely, compassionate people, and also animal lovers and owners themselves. Knowing I live at a distance, Michelle arranged that I meet them at a closer location, which is also very much appreciated.Yesterday, my beloved cat, Lady Vivian B. Westwood, passed from the physical world at age 19, and there's a good feeling in bringing her to people that care, who are compassionate animals lovers, for her last honoring. Thank you.

On the day we took our little girl out to be cremated we got lost on the way. My mother and I were sitting in the car figuring out the directions, we were both distraught after just losing our best friend. We called Michelle and Stephen who were only too happy to drive to where we were to meet us and show us the way. They were so very compassionate and treated our Layla with the utmost dignity. Thank you both so very much for being there for us in our time of need.

I highly recommend Precious Pet Cemetery. I recently had to make the decision about my kitty Missy and chose to have her cremated for burial as I rent. Michelle and Stephen are amazing people and talked to me about it and made me feel really comfortable. Lovely people and great service as it happened on a holiday that I decided and they had no issues with me bringing her that day. I don't know what I would have done. Thank you again. I had occasion to contact Stephen and Michelle with respect to prearranging the cremation of my beloved Sheltie, and to purchase a suitable urn for her when her time comes. They were both so very professional and courteous. Their prices were reasonable. I was completely satisfied with their services and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to memorialize their beloved pet.UPDATE: My much beloved Morag suffered a stroke, or a series of strokes that caused her to lose the use of her hind quarters, and worse, she was in serious pain. I had to euthanize her two weeks ago (December 4, 2020). She would have been 12 years old in March. Precious Pet Cemetery were very kind, compassionate, and professional. Now a beautiful, and dignified, wooden oak urn, with a very attractive plaque, containing the ashes of my puppy, adorns the fireplace mantle in my living room. If I am lucky enough to get another Sheltie, you can rest assured that I will pre-arrange the cremation/burial of my new Sheltie with Stephen and Michelle. They are simply the best.

Stephen is an incredibly compassionate and friendly individual. It’s clear that he understands the special bond that can be shared with pets, and him and Michelle do their absolute best to commemorate that bond. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has to part ways with their furry loved ones.

Michelle and Stephen turned one of the worst situation in my life into something beautiful. I felt so reassured when they treated us with so much compassion and took the time to answer all my questions. I knew she was in good hands with them. I wish I could give extra stars because only 5 doesn’t do it justice.
