When my little baby Rovie passed away unexpectedly it broke our hearts. This was my first pet and he became my world, soul and best friend he was life for me, so to see your life be gone in one night is the most painful experience. When he passed at midnight I was lost who to call and only Bitu's Pet Cremation was there and they are the first I called within 2 rings they picked up and was so sincere and kind. He left his home only to meet us at 1:30 AM just to open his doors for my baby, if this isn't a blessing then I don't know what is. I had no clue where to begin from and he explained everything so well and gave us time with our little boo and money was never the priority. You can see when someone has a genuine compassion and care and does this as a purpose of life. When I picked up my baby's remains I was so pleased with how much respect was given to him and how beautifully and gracefully everything was packaged with care and love. These people deserve so much more love and gratitude for the work they do. Because of them I believe there is still humanity out there otherwise now in the world we live in no one cares anymore about each other, but them being a stranger felt closer then any one else has. Thank you for everything that you have done for my little angel and I know he is at peace because good souls took care of him and there will always be more blessings on you because of what you do for others. You really made our broken hearts feel lighter so thank you again.

This review may bring me to tears. A couple weeks ago we had to say good bye to our beloved dog and family member of 17 years. We had no idea what to expect when we walked in, but during the most difficult day, Chetal was kind, calming and welcoming. You can feel the love and care she put in to our dog and the professional and personal services she offered. She even went the extra mile of putting prayers on that helped us feel connected to him and god, and find strength within it. They're absolutely one of the best service in such horrible times for us. We thankful they can accommodate to help to cremate our sweet 3 y/o chocolate lab on weekend evening. My little guy passed away suddenly, and it was the most traumatic experience of my life. I had no idea what to do, and the first thought was to bury him, but I couldn't do that to his body, I called bitus pet cremation and they immediately came and took my baby in with so much respect, they gave us same day cremation and we had our closest friends and family come to say goodbye for the last time. It was such a hard experience but from when we entered, the soft music of a flute and the incense burning it made feel comfortable, I felt it was the best way to say goodbye, thank you so much for giving me that closure. Last week I suddenly lost my beloved hedgehog, Taco. I was devastated, and I was lost on what the next steps were. I knew I wanted to keep him with me forever, so I searched and came across Bitu’s. I read their story online, and knew it would be a good place to get my Taco boy cremated. They were very kind to me, respectful, and very understanding.
